5000L Variable Volume Wine Tank
Variable volume wine tank known as a floating-lid tank, it’s a stainless steel vessel (typically 304 or 316L) designed to adapt to fluctuating liquid volumes without allowing oxygen contact, the floating lid adjusts as wine volume changes, maintaining an airtight seal.
1.Common features include:
1)Inflatable gasket with pump for seal integrity;
2)Lifting arm or winch to raise/lower the lid
3)Cooling jacket (dimple or spiral cooling jacket) for temperature control
4)Sample valves, CIP spray ball, side manway, RTD probe, butterfly valve, inclined bottom and so on.
