5000m3 Stainless Steel Water Storage Tank

5000 m3 large atmospheric stainless steel water storage tank, mainly used for storing domestic water, industrial clean water, fire water and other water media. Adopting full stainless steel construction with vertical cylindrical structure, it operates under atmospheric pressure and can be installed indoors or outdoors. Featuring excellent corrosion resistance, no water contamination, long service life and easy maintenance. With large storage capacity, it is widely applied in water plants, industrial parks, municipal water supply and large factories.

Specification for 5000m3 water storage tanks as follows:

1.Sanitary Stainless steel 304, thickness for the bottom base is 14mm and 8-layer construction: Layers 1and 2 are 12mm thick; Layers 3and 4 are 10mm thick; Layer 5 and 6 and 7are 8mm,layer 8 is 6mm thick, top plate: 6mm thick;

2.Inside for the tank will be pickling and passivation and welding line will be polished;

3.Effective capacity: 500m3;

4.Top with 16’’water inlet ;

5.Conical top and slop flat bottom;

6.1.5’’water outlet on the side with flange;

7.18’’ overflow port with flange;

8.Bottom 12’’drain outlet with flange;
