50ton milk silo is a vertical storage tank designed to hold approximately 50,000 liters (or ~13,200 US gallons) of raw milk. Its primary function is to provide intermediate, bulk storage between milk collection and processing, ensuring a consistent supply while allowing for quality control (like with cooling jacket and  with agitation).

The specification for our 50ton stainless steel raw milk silo as follows:

1.Sanitary Stainless steel,inside for the tank will be pickling and passivation and internal welding line will be polished, inner body with stainless steel 304 and outside with stainless steel 304;

2.Material of parts in contact with the product: SS304 or 316L；

3.Surface brushed, welding line polish sanding light belt;

4.Inner body thickness is 4mm, cladding thickness is 2mm;

5.Effective capacity:50,000L;

6.Diameter is 3200mm, height is 8653mm;

7.Conical top and conical bottom;

8.Top Manhole Cover, the size for the top manhole is DN600mm;
9.1.5″Sample valve;
10.3″ milk outlet assembly;

11.3″ milk inlet, with thread connection;

12.Agitator system: 5.5KW stirring power, 960 rpm, variable frequency, side agitator, material is stainless steel 304;
